Application for a Land Use By-law text amendment to revise requirements for commercial open-air structures.
Background: The application from Wayfarers Ale, Port Williams, was initially for a Development Agreement to permit the expansion of an existing brewery and restaurant use onto the wharf for outdoor seating. The applicant withdrew the application since the wharf is not currently being considered for use. The application has been converted to a text amendment application to legalize non-compliant gazebos and patio on the property.
Next step: This file is currently under staff review.
