NEXT STEP: A Public Information Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 6 pm in Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex located at 181 Coldbrook Village Park Drive. The intent of the meeting is to review the relevant planning policies, explain the proposal and receive early feedback from the public.

Application for a Land Use By-law text amendment to reduce watercourse separation distances for open-air structures.
Background: The application was initially for a Development Agreement to permit the expansion of an existing brewery and restaurant use onto the wharf for outdoor seating. The applicant withdrew the application since the wharf is not currently being considered for use. The application has been converted to a text amendment application to legalize non-compliant open air structures on the property.
