Parsons Green Developments have submitted an application to enter into a development to permit the development of a comprehensive neighbourhood development consisting of up to 6 apartment buildings containing up to 70 residential units each as well as 22 townhouse units for a total of 442 residential units. The subject properties are located southeast of the intersection of Summer Street and J Jordan Road (PID 55008627, 55354385, 55384796), Canning.

Municipal Council approved this application at its meeting on July 26, 2022. The decision of Council has been appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.
