The application was reviewed by Municipal Council at its meeting held on Februart 11th, 2021 to receive second reading and was approved by Council.

An advertisement will be placed in the Valley Journal-Advertiser on February 16th, 2021 indicating that the application was approved. At that time, a 14-day appeal period will commence and expire on March . If there are no appeals, the application will come into effect on the date the appeal period expires March 1st, 2021.
