The subject properties are located southeast of the intersection of Summer Street and J Jordan Road (PID 55008627, 55354385, 55384796), Canning.

Municipal Council approved this application at its meeting on July 26, 2022. A notice of passing will be placed in the Journal Advertiser on Tuesday, August 2nd marking the beginning of a 14-day appeal period expiring on Tuesday, August 16th, 2022.
