An application has been received from Michael Napier/Hayden Hopgood to permit the development of approximately 200 residential units in up to 3 separate, five-storey buildings as well as a one-storey neighbourhood commercial development on land near the intersection of Sutton Road and Belcher Street (PID 55030092, 55037915, 55534978, 55523153) Port Williams.

Municipal Council approved this application at its meeting on July 18, 2023. The decision of Council has been appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.
