Application received from Caleb Howden on behalf of YL Oilers Co. to enter into a development agreement on Aldershot Road in North Kentville to allow an additional four units in each of four multi-unit dwellings under construction on the subject property (total of 16 additional units).

At its meeting on May 7, 2024, Municipal Council gave the application Final Consideration and approved the application.

On May 31, 2024 Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (NSUARB) confirmed that no appeals were filed against the approved Development Agreement.
